What is your primary product or service?
Investigative and Protection Services including Service of Process, Funeral Escorts and Bank Drops or Escorts (Armed)
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was directed to the Private Investigator business by my late teacher and mentor, Gary Martin. (former Lake County Chief of Police and Retired Gary Police. Professor at IUN)who was impressed with my focus and dedication to this law enforcement arena. I have over 30 years in the Loss Prevention, Security and Policing Environments.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are small enough to give every assignment a personal touch yet large enough to accommodate the need of all. We have an ethnically diverse staff of Agents allowing us to show fair and equal practice to all.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in downtown Crown Point Indiana where we feel welcomed and are very comfortable. No plans to leave this area. Nevertheless we serve the entire State of Indiana with our field operatives throughout the state..
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept business checks, cashier's checks and money orders and PayPal online. NO personal checks accepted.
Which areas do you service?
Statewide coverage.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our Director of Operations is Lorenzo Perkins LPI. He holds aBachelor's in Criminal Justice Administration and have over 30 years experience in the field.
What are your hours of operation?
Normally we are in the office 11AM - 3PM Hours are basically set by appointment ONLY.
